Floor mounting guidance

Check the door clearance and choose a position where the rubber ring will contact the door before the handle reaches the wall.
Check the floor for concealed pipes, cables or underfloor heating before drilling. Keep the stop clear of the main walking path.
Use the mounting base to mark the fixing positions. Choose screws and, where needed, anchors suitable for the floor construction; wood and concrete require different fixings.
Secure the base and assemble the stop. Open the door slowly to confirm contact with the rubber bumper and check that the fitting is firm.
