Choose the Right Arrangement

This 3-way series uses a push control for on/off operation and rotation for dimming. It is a separate product from the single-pole dimmer, with its own wiring function and load profile. Keeping those listings distinct helps you choose the electrical function before deciding on the decorative finish.

This 1-gang plate has the following arrangement from left to right: 3-way rotary dimmer. Gang count describes the device positions on the plate. Choose the actual switch, dimmer or outlet function required by your electrical plan.

Coordinate Your Finishes

The plate, exposed screws and visible controls or inserts each contribute to the finished appearance. Compare the complete fitting in the photographs alongside your cabinet hardware, wall color and other interior finishes. The selectors show the compatible component options for the chosen plate.

Every wall plate is made from solid brass. Finish names describe its appearance; Steel is a finish on brass. White and Cream plastic, where offered, are separate colors. Changing the finish keeps the product’s module arrangement unchanged.

Installation and Compatibility

Installation by a qualified electrician is required. Follow the instructions supplied with each electrical module.

Isolate the circuit at the breaker and verify that the power is off.
Check that the wall box, mounting points and available depth match the selected plate and modules.
Connect each device according to its terminal markings and installation instructions. Ground and bond the metal fitting as required.
Use dimmable lamps within the specified load range. Follow the dimmer’s circuit type and multi-gang derating requirements.
Secure the modules and plate without overtightening the screws.
Restore power and test every switch, dimmer and outlet.
